Placing an order guidelines

You can place your order on-line (, by phone (514-963-1004) or by email ( However, in order to perform the accurate operation we encourage that our customers submit their order online. We do not have ANY minimum order. There is no minimum order fee or any hidden administrative charges. If you need to make any changes to your order after it has been processed, there would be no administration fee. However please let us know within 24 hours of your purchase so that we can execute the manual reprocessing. If the order has been shipped out and you wish to add more items, the addition will be considered a new order.

Payment Methods

The customer must pay for their orders during the checkout process. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

Shipping and Handling

We use UPS, USPS and Canada Post for all our shipping. We offer one of the best shipping rates in our industry.

If you are a residential customer, USPS or Canada Post are the better shipping solutions. If you are a commercial customer, UPS is a better option for your need.

For pallets, LTL, full container type of wholesale orders, please let us know ( Our sales representative will arrange the payment and the transportation method with you.

We currently do not require orders to be signed when delivered. However should customers want the signature required option, a fee published by UPS, USPS or Canada Post will be charged.

You can select your own shipping method when:

- You are willing to use your own courier (other than UPS, USPS or Canada Post).
- Customer wants to pay with their shipping account.
- You are dealing with 3rd party shipping arrangement.

Important: We are not responsible for shipping method selected by customer.


Return Policy

All items can be returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment for a full refund on the cost of goods (excluding shipping charges) provided that the returns are received by us within that time frame.

All products must be returned in good condition. Open, used, mixed or damaged product will not be credited. All customers who want to return their product must obtain a return authorization number from Karitex. The R.A. number must be clearly indicated on the outside of the box. Boxes without R.A. numbers will delay the refund process.

Order Cancellations

There is no order cancellation administrative fee. However if the package is already shipped, we are NOT responsible for the return shipping cost. If there is any processing fee applied by Credit Card Company for a cancelled transaction, the customer is solely responsible for those charges.
